Key Competency
- Knowledge/Skills of Healthcare and Database management in analyzing clinical data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Diploma in Data Management and analytics, Information Technology, Data Science, Biostatistics or any related field equivalent
- Knowledge and Experience in Computer Applications
- Knowledge of Health Records with Information Technology
- Minimum two (2) years’ work experience in a Health Facility setup preferably with knowledge on Kenya Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Must be selfmotivated and be able work with minimum supervision
- Work Experience in a comprehensive care center (CCC) setup will be an added advantage.
Summary of Roles
- collection, analyzing and tallying of project related data and generation of the attendant reports on the reporting platformEMR
- Data Validation of the Medical Records
- Undertaking of regular data verification
- Generation of line list of medical data requiring action
- Safeguard Data integrity through Data quality assurance.
- Lead the Program Staff in Monthly Data reviews before reports are shared
- Other Roles as shall be assigned by the Team Lead.
