    Reporting to:

    The Project Team Lead/HIV Services Lead

    Key Competency

    • Knowledge/Skills of Healthcare and Database management in analyzing clinical data.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of Diploma in Data Management and analytics, Information Technology, Data Science, Biostatistics or any related field equivalent
    • Knowledge and Experience in Computer Applications
    • Knowledge of Health Records with Information Technology
    • Minimum two (2) years’ work experience in a Health Facility setup preferably with knowledge on Kenya   Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
    • Must be selfmotivated and be able work with minimum supervision
    • Work Experience in a comprehensive care center (CCC) setup will be an added advantage.

    Summary of Roles 

    • collection, analyzing and tallying of project related data and generation of the attendant reports on the reporting platformEMR
    • Data Validation of the Medical Records
    • Undertaking of regular data verification
    • Generation of line list of medical data requiring action
    • Safeguard Data integrity through Data quality assurance.
    • Lead the Program Staff in Monthly Data reviews before reports are shared
    • Other Roles as shall be assigned by the Team Lead.
