    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Sourcing prospective customer leads from various sources such as referrals, cross-selling opportunities, sales activations organized by the bank or sales leads provided by the bank.  
    • Explaining the features of the products to prospective customers in line with product features and Treating Customers Fairly Guidelines provided by the bank.  
    • Guiding customers on how to fill in applications for the respective product the customer would like to purchase.  
    • Reviewing of the application and documentation provided by the customer to confirm accuracy.  
    • Authentication of customer details by checking the original copies against photocopies of documents provided e.g. National ID and passports.  
    • Forwarding completed applications to the relevant Sales Manager or Retail Support Team, within 24 hours of sign-off by the customer.  
    • Prospecting customers for any other Bank products, suitable to their needs.  
    • Ensuring safe custody of customer documents under their care.  
    • Forwarding customer feedback or complaints to the respective Sales/Branch Manager.  
    • Sharing market or competitor information from the field to the leadership to improve the bank’s products.    

    DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Selling of Bank products. 
    • Participating in Bank Sales Campaigns. 
    • Cross-selling Bank products and educating customers who have taken up a product on the features (including product demonstrations). 
    • Receipt of customer applications and forwarding the same to the stipulated retail support team within 24 hours of sign-off by the customer. 
    • Ensuring Proper documents and KYC as per stipulated standards. 
    • Provide regular Sales reports. 

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    The successful applicants should:

    • Be a graduate from a recognized university.
    • Have at least 2 years working experience in Sales.
