The key purpose of this role is to maintain, repair and optimise plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost without sacrificing standards.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Maintain a Safe, Healthy, Risk-free Working Environment:

- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
Maintain, Repair and Optimise Plant and associated:
- Locate plant, equipment, spares and relevant documents/systems
- Plan, and prepare the job
- Carry out repairs/maintenance
- Continuously improve (optimise) plant, process equipment and systems
- Operate plant and process equipment
Apply the VPO Practices:

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Min – Diploma in Electrica
- Ideal – Higher Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering plus Brewing or Maltings Diploma
- Min – 2-3 months on the job training plus Manufacturer Basic Maintenance
- Training Ideal – 3-6 months on the job training
- 1-2 years as an Electrical Artisan
