1. Oil Production Supervisors

Location: Nairobi Region & Ruiru, Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire avocado oil extraction process, from receiving raw avocados to producing high-quality oil.
• Lead the production team and ensure operations comply with health, safety, and quality standards.

  Qualifications:

• Grade Test certification/Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards.

2. Agronomists

Location: Nairobi Region & Ruiru, Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage avocado farm operations, focusing on crop health, irrigation, pest control, and soil quality.
• Collaborate with farmers to improve practices for optimizing avocado yield and quality.

  Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in agricultural research or crop management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in soil and crop analysis.

3. Ripening-In-Charges

Location: Nairobi Region & Ruiru, Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the ripening process to ensure avocados meet quality standards for oil production.
• Manage ripening staff, ensure cost management, and monitor team performance.

  Qualifications:

• Diploma in Food Science Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a ripening supervisory role.
• BCE driving license and forklift operation experience is a plus.

4. Quality Controllers

Location: Nairobi Region & Ruiru, Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control measures for avocados during packaging and oil production.

  Qualifications:

• Certificate in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Analytical Chemistry, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality control in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, OSHA, and GMP standards.

5. Ripening In-Charge Assistants

Location: Nairobi Region & Ruiru, Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the ripening process of avocados.

  Qualifications:

• Certificate in Food Science Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a ripening assistant in a manufacturing setting.
• BCE driving license and forklift operation experience is a plus.

6. Field/Procurement Assistants

Location: Nairobi Region & Ruiru, Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing high-quality avocados from farms and suppliers.

  Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a procurement or supplier management role.
• Strong skills in contract management, negotiations, and reporting.

7. Sorting Clerks

Location: Nairobi Region & Ruiru, Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort avocados by size, quality, and ripeness before packaging or processing.

  Qualifications:

• Diploma in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in sorting or similar manufacturing roles.

8. Oil Machine Operators

Location: Nairobi Region & Ruiru, Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery used in the avocado oil extraction process.

  Qualifications:

• O-Level education with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3 years’ experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.

9. Weighbridge Clerks

Location: Nairobi Region & Ruiru, Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the incoming and outgoing flow of goods through the weighbridge, ensuring accurate weight documentation.

  Qualifications:

• Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields.
• 2 years’ experience as a Weighbridge Clerk in a manufacturing or production facility.

10. Electricians

Location: Nairobi Region & Ruiru, Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and automation systems within the manufacturing environment.

  Qualifications:

• Grade Test certification/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical systems maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in proactive maintenance and repair.

11. Forklift Operators

Location: Nairobi Region & Ruiru, Town Key Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts to move materials within the facility.

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift operator certification and BCE driving license (preferred).
• 2 years’ experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing environment.

12. Boiler Operators

Location: Nairobi Region & Ruiru, Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain boiler systems that provide steam or hot water for production processes.

  Qualifications:

• Boiler Operator certification or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 years’ experience operating boilers in a manufacturing facility.
