Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the MD’s complex calendar, including scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, and key engagements.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
• Liaise with global partners, clients, and internal departments on behalf of the MD.
• Track and follow up on strategic initiatives, project milestones, and action items.
• Coordinate board meetings, investor relations activities, and business development follow-ups.
• Handle confidential documents, communications, and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations aligned with the MD’s priorities.
• Support in organizing industry events, exhibitions, and strategic business forums.
• Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively address operational and strategic requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-level executives (MD, CEO, GM) in fast-paced international organizations.
• Experience in logistics, industrial solutions, supply chain, or manufacturing sectors is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with professional fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• High emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
