Torque Real Estate Limited is seeking a proactive and driven Real Estate Agent to join our team with a focus on client acquisition for rental and BnB properties. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging clients interested in renting or booking short-term stays in our portfolio of properties.

  • Minimum Qualification :Bachelors
  • Experience Level :Senior level
  • Experience Length :5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition for Rentals and BnB Stays: Actively seek out clients looking for rental properties and BnB-style short-term accommodations through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and networking.
  • Lead Generation and Outreach: Develop strategies to attract prospective tenants and guests, leveraging platforms like social media, rental websites, referrals, and networking events.
  • Client Consultations: Meet with potential clients to understand their rental or short-term stay requirements, including budget, location preferences, and amenities, to match them with suitable properties.
  • Property Showings and Tours: Coordinate and conduct property tours, showcasing the key features of each property, whether for long-term rental or short-term BnB purposes.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure high visibility of rental and BnB listings, and help create appealing property descriptions and visuals.
  • Booking and Lease Facilitation: Assist clients with the booking and lease application process, handling any questions about terms, rates, and policies for both long-term rentals and short-term stays.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current tenants, short-term guests, and property owners, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on rental and BnB market trends to offer clients valuable insights and competitive rates.
