EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR INVIGILATORS
The Council of Legal Education (CLE) is a State Corporation established by the Legal Education Act CAP 16B. Its mandate is to license and supervise legal education providers and law programs, regulate legal education and training, advise the Government on matters relevant to Legal Education and training and administer the Advocate Training Program (ATP) Examination.
CLE administers the Advocates Training Program (ATP) Examination twice a year. The ATP Examination covers nine (9) units namely;
- ATP 100 Civil Litigation
- ATP 101 Criminal Litigation
- ATP 102 Probate & Administration
- ATP 103 Legal Writing and Drafting
- ATP 104 Trial Advocacy ATP 105 Professional Ethics
- ATP 106 Legal Practice Management
- ATP 107 Conveyancing
- ATP 108 Commercial Transactions
In its endeavor to deliver credible, reliable, and viable ATP Examinations, CLE wishes to enlist the services of persons of unquestionable integrity and professionalism as examination invigilators.
DESIRED QUALITIES:
- At least Bachelors’ Degree;
- Customer service: Experience in responding to clients in a professional manner; and
- Previous invigilation experience is an added advantage.
