Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Factory Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations within our factory. The ideal candidate will support production teams by managing records, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

● Manage factory documentation, records, and reports.

● Maintain and update inventory records and supply orders.

● Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely communication with departments.

● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

● Handle administrative support for factory staff, including attendance tracking and payroll coordination.

● Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for factory operations.

● Liaise with suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies when needed.

● Address and resolve administrative issues to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

● Proven experience in factory administration or a similar role.

● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

● Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing is a plus.

Salary Ksh 60,000 - 80,000
