As a Merchandise Negotiator, you will:
- Empower African producers and service providers by driving market penetration for local brands.
- Secure sustainable investment portfolios and unlock industrial-scale production capital.
- Establish strategic technical partnerships.
- Oversee three of Redirect Mall’s 15,000 local Job Centers.
Ideal Candidate:
- A graduate seeking long-term, impactful work.

- Strong in Confidence, Comprehension, and Communication (3 Cs).
Contract Details:
- Long-term engagement: Four renewable 5-year contracts.
- 90% remote work: Flexible schedule with weekly in-person meetings at Rosslyn Mall, Limuru Road, Nairobi.
Compensation Structure:
- Performance-based intercontinental work with a starting salary of *KES 45,000/month, rising to KES 129,000 within six months.
- Commissions and bonuses as you manage three of our branches across Africa and overseas, serving 300,000 Africans.
Work Arrangement:
- 90% remote work.
- Flexible schedule with one in-person report per week at the Rosslyn Mall office, Limuru Road, Nairobi.
