Finance & Accounting
· Handle daily financial transactions, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and petty cash management.
· Prepare and analyze financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
· Ensure tax compliance and timely filing of statutory returns.
· Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
· Proificiency in Zoho CRM
Administration
· Oversee general office operations including procurement, vendor management, and supplies inventory.
· Maintain organized records of company assets, contracts, and administrative documents.
· Support company-wide logistics, scheduling, and document control.
HR & Payroll
· Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
· Administer statutory deductions and benefits in compliance with labor laws.
· Maintain employee records, contracts, and timesheets.
· Support onboarding/offboarding processes and staff leave management.
· Assist with internal HR processes and staff communications.
Qualifications and Skills
· Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a finance/admin role, preferably within a startup or dynamic environment.
· Hands-on experience with HR/payroll systems and local labor regulations.
· Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
· Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
· Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive information.
