We are hiring a full-time lawyer to support our Kenya operations, with a primary focus on corporate and commercial law. However, the role requires flexibility to handle a variety of legal matters depending on client needs. You will be based at our Hurlingham office in Nairobi and collaborate closely with our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer who wants to be part of a growing international firm and contribute meaningfully from the ground up.

  • Minimum Qualification :Bachelors
  • Experience Level :Mid level
  • Experience Length :2 years
  • Advise on business setup and compliance for foreign companies entering Kenya
  •  Handle property disputes and civil litigation for Kenyans abroad
  •  Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
  •  Represent clients in Kenyan courts and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies
  •  Support legal process outsourcing initiatives for global clients
  •  Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
