    The job holder will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible to the Company for all Human Capital Management and Administration issues: -

    Responsibilities

    • Advising the Board on all Human Capital and Administration matters in the Company
    • Formulating and aligning the Human Capital strategies to the Organizational strategy
    • Preparing of the Human Capitals Agenda for the Board
    • Implementing of Board’s decision in all matters pertaining to Human Capital Management
    • Reviewing and revising all HR policies, procedures and organizational structure
    • Implementing of Human Capital management and administration polices rules and regulations
    • Analysing utilization of the Human Capital in the Company and advising on proper deployment, staff performance, career progression; and making appropriate recommendations and proposals on Human Capital planning and succession management
    • Responsible for ensuring correct interpretation and implementation of Human Capital and Administration policies rules & regulations, including those relating to pensions, salaries, labour laws, assets and other related statutes
    • Putting in place Performance Management Systems including a Human Capital Information Management System
    • Guiding, mentoring and supervising staff working under him/her
    • Any other duties that may be assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Served in the Human Capital function for ten (10) years, five (5) of which must have been in a relevant senior position;
    • Master’s degree in any of the following; Human Capital Management/Personnel-Management/Business Administration/Industrial Relations.
    • Proficiency in Human Capital management-based computer application skills;
    • Be a member of IHRM, CHRP (K)- professional body in good standing
    • Demonstrated outstanding professional competence in Human Capital management issues
