  • Optimize Resources: Schedule crew and aircraft efficiently.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold safety and regulatory standards.
  • Lead Crisis Response: Manage emergencies and irregular operations.
  • Supervise Team: Coordinate OCC staff and departments.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive Experience: Proven background in airline flight operations.
  • Strong Knowledge: In-depth understanding of aviation regulations and safety standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of flight planning and dispatch systems.
  • Operational Awareness: Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • System Proficiency: Experience with PSS (Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo Travelport).
