Key Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through consistent communication and branding efforts.
- Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
