Job Description
On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager. This role is critical in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and enhancing employee experience. The successful candidate will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, manage onboarding processes, and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, handling employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, setting clear expectations and supporting continuous employee development.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, update company policies as needed, and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, design programs, and support leadership in nurturing employee skills and career growth.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyze HR data, track trends, and prepare reports on metrics such as turnover rates, retention, and employee satisfaction to inform HR strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred)
- 3-5 years of HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
