Technicians And Graduates Trainee Program 2025 – 2026 at Mbeya Cement Company Limited (MCCL)
Mbeya Cement Company Limited a member of Amsons group is a leading manufacturing company providing innovative and sustainable building products and solutions within and outside Tanzania.
The Company has designed a Technicians and Graduate in Trainees Program aimed at giving a ‘Strong Start’ to young, energetic, fresh qualified diploma and degree level graduates from Tanzania who wish to enhance their acquired knowledge and experience with the Company.
Successful candidates will demonstrate an end-to-end understanding of the business value chain and the relevant technical competences.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have completed their diploma and degree education level within the last 2 years with excellence academic performance in the following fields;
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering;
- Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering;
- Diploma in Laboratory Science and Technology;
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering;
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Public Administration;
- Bachelor Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management;
- Bachelor Degree in Accounts and Finance (CPA will be added advantage).
