    Job role

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our Finance Department. In this role, you will oversee and optimize our inventory processes, ensure stock level accuracy, and support cost control efforts. You will be key to maintaining financial integrity and collaborating closely with finance, procurement, and operations teams. mAs an Inventory Manager, you will be at the forefront of dynamic changes. Your leadership in process improvements, management of ERP systems, and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards will be crucial.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Certification in Inventory Management (such as CPIM Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, with a strong background in finance or accounting.
    • Experience in the energy, oil, gas, or manufacturing industries preferred.
    • Proven track record of managing inventory systems, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management and financial reporting.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for inventory analysis and reporting.
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting requirements related to inventory management.

    Other Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, especially in managing stock levels and reconciling inventory records.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
    • Ability to develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies.
    • Certificate of good conduct.
