- Develop and maintain Java-based web applications.
- Design and implement database schemas using MySQL.
- Utilize Java full-stack development skills to build both front-end and back-end components.
- Work with NetBeans IDE for development tasks.
- Implement user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.1
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.2
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as a Java Web Application Developer in other companies.
- Strong knowledge of Java full-stack development principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MySQL database design and management.
- Experience with NetBeans IDE.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at our office located at Elysee Plaza, Adams Arcade off Ngong Road, Nairobi.
Location: Elysee Plaza, Adams Arcade off Ngong Road, Nairobi
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (On-site)
