    • We seek to hire a Project Lead. He or she is responsible for overseeing and executing entrepreneur-related projects that span across various industries and geographies. You will solve entrepreneur problems, establish partnerships with funding agencies and other relevant stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Identify entrepreneur gaps and needs and develop proposals and solutions
    • Identify entrepreneur-centric institutions and stakeholders and establish suitable partnerships
    • Work with entrepreneur-centered funding agencies, partners, donors, and other stakeholders to provide entrepreneur solutions
    • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines
    • Create accurate project budgets and allocate resources
    • Define project roles and responsibilities, and identify and engage key project team members
    • Identify and plan for potential risks and issues, establish project quality standards and metrics
    • Execute project by among others coordinating and managing project resources, team members etc
    • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
    • Monitor project progress and ensure it aligns with the project plan and deliverables
    • Address and resolve issues as they arise
    • Prepare and submit project reports
    • Track project performance against established metrics and KPIs.
    • Ensure all project deliverables are completed and accepted by stakeholders.
    • Obtain formal project acceptance and sign-off.
    • Close out contracts with vendors or suppliers.

    Business Development

    • Network and establish fruitful partnerships

    Leadership and Team Management:

    • Motivate and empower team members to achieve project goals.

    • Develop team members’ skills and capabilities, mentor and coach the team

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Identify and engage project stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations.
    • Address stakeholder concerns and issues.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
    • Prepare stakeholder presentations, provide regular project updates and reports
    • Ensure correct processes are followed (especially project management, client delivery engagements (e.g coaching)
    • Provide quality assurance (i.e. end to end QA) for outputs from direct reports
    • Run team meetings and provide insights for improvement within the functions.
    • Authenticate and authorize departmental requisitions
    • Updating of Bitrix

    Required Specifications

    • Minimum of a Degree in Project Management, Strategy, or a relevant field from a recognised university. A master’s degree is an advantage
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in entrepreneur-centered programs or in strategy development and business consulting for SMEs or any other related field
    • Project management skills and advanced research skills
    • Competence in end-to-end project implementation and evaluation
    • Deep understanding of entrepreneurship and stakeholder management
    • Business development skills, ability to establish and maintain partnerships
    • Strong team leadership and management skills
    •  Experience and skill in talent mentoring and development (Coach and mentor individuals within the team)
    • Ability to prepare quality RFP and EOI
    • Deep understanding of project management, strategy. development and larger economic context.
    • Deep understanding of various industries/ sectors (Multi-Sectoral knowledge).
    • Superior training and facilitation skills.

    Business Advisor

    We seek to hire a Business Advisor. He or she will support medium sized businesses in identifying and resolving strategic issues affecting their businesses

    Key Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Develop strategies and help medium size businesses integrate and operationalize developed strategies
    • Provide business advisory and analysis support to medium-sized businesses
    • Prepare business plans, financial plans and pitch decks on behalf of clients
    • Prepare and submit business tenders and bids in line with the outline TORs and proposals
    • Deliver end-to-end business coaching and consulting assignments
    • Manage and deliver projects per required standards and timelines
    • Generate leads and sell WYLDE’s services to medium size businesses
    • Conduct research, analyze, interpret and present data to support decision-making and problem-solving.

    We seek to hire a Business Analyst. He or she will be responsible for providing business analysis and  advisory services to clients . They will identify business strategy needs and gaps and provide solutions for the business. 

    Key Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Conduct baseline assessments, market feasibility studies, and product development research
    • Use data and data analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving
    • Assess strategy gaps, determine solution options and approaches 
    • Provide business advisory and analysis support to clients 
    • Develop business proposals, concept notes and quality reports
    • Support all aspects of client engagements from scope definition to delivery

    Required Specifications

    • At least 3 years’ experience working in strategic or management consulting  
    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking Economics, or a related field
    • Strong analytical skills. able to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information  
    • Adept at researching, report writing and presenting findings 
    • Attentive  to detail and accuracy 
    • Demonstrates a good understanding of access to finance, general entrepreneurship concepts and strategy
    • Knowledge of statistics, and experience using statistical packages  (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
