    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Establish and maintain data processing schedules and controls to ensure timely delivery of quality assured outputs.
    • Provide first level IT training and support to users in addition to keeping track of user issues and oversee their prompt resolution.
    • Ensure timely delivery of reports for users, processing of incoming and outgoing files to and from schemes and any other interfaced systems.
    • Ensure 24*7 availability of the card systems as required by users
    • Keep track of systems and user related issues and attend to them promptly.
    • Continual Service Improvement by recommending and implementing upgrades or changes to the card systems and related interfaces.
    • Routine system administration and management
    • Maintain up to date system and user documentation.
    • Perform system upgrades and apply system patches promptly received from system vendors
    • Work closely with IT Security to ensure that Card systems are well secured to ensure robust and secure Digital Channels services.

    Academic Qualifications

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support in developing individual business segments profit & loss accounts and the annual budgeting process including the consolidation of various branches, sectors, and channels.   
    • Prepare and report monthly business performance and financial forecasts. 
    • Provide effective insights and analysis to assist the DFS and Mortgage Business in meeting the established financial and profit objectives.  
    • Provide analytical support and analysis to the finance business partner. 
    • Analyze sales, financial, costing, and operational data and extract and define relevant information. 
    • Analysis of Products life cycle – create new products growth opportunities and evaluate existing products to advise business on plateauing and declining products for remediation. 
    • Interpret data for the purpose of determining the root causes of past figures, financial, costing, and operational performance.  
    • Maintain Key Performance Indicators & dashboard and run a central database for reporting. 
    • Generate standard, custom and or complex reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review and consumption by users, business managers and other relevant stakeholders. 
    • Analyze and or collate business/trend data to support recommendations for action, building of business cases and post implementation reviews of DFS & Mortgage initiatives/projects.  
    • Provide timely business intelligence/analysis reports to users, business managers and other relevant stakeholders. Maintain and or circulate business information securely with due regard for confidentiality.

    MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    The preferred candidate will meet the following criteria:

    • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering related field from a recognized university
    • Hold CPA certification at minimum of CPA II or equivalent
    • Professional CFA certification &/or Master's degree is an added advantage
    • Should have at least 3 years' relevant work experience, including specific experience in the below areas:
      • Use of data analytics tools e.g. Power BI, EDWH, etc.
      • Financial and business performance analysis & reporting
      • Stakeholder management
    • Have high competency in the following skills:

      • Relationship management and collaborative working

      • Business acumen
