KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain data processing schedules and controls to ensure timely delivery of quality assured outputs.
- Provide first level IT training and support to users in addition to keeping track of user issues and oversee their prompt resolution.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports for users, processing of incoming and outgoing files to and from schemes and any other interfaced systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in developing individual business segments profit & loss accounts and the annual budgeting process including the consolidation of various branches, sectors, and channels.
- Prepare and report monthly business performance and financial forecasts.
- Provide effective insights and analysis to assist the DFS and Mortgage Business in meeting the established financial and profit objectives.
- Provide analytical support and analysis to the finance business partner.
- Analyze sales, financial, costing, and operational data and extract and define relevant information.
- Analysis of Products life cycle – create new products growth opportunities and evaluate existing products to advise business on plateauing and declining products for remediation.
- Interpret data for the purpose of determining the root causes of past figures, financial, costing, and operational performance.
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators & dashboard and run a central database for reporting.
- Generate standard, custom and or complex reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review and consumption by users, business managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze and or collate business/trend data to support recommendations for action, building of business cases and post implementation reviews of DFS & Mortgage initiatives/projects.
- Provide timely business intelligence/analysis reports to users, business managers and other relevant stakeholders. Maintain and or circulate business information securely with due regard for confidentiality.
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The preferred candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering related field from a recognized university
- Hold CPA certification at minimum of CPA II or equivalent
- Professional CFA certification &/or Master's degree is an added advantage
- Should have at least 3 years' relevant work experience, including specific experience in the below areas:
- Use of data analytics tools e.g. Power BI, EDWH, etc.
- Financial and business performance analysis & reporting
- Stakeholder management
- Have high competency in the following skills:

- Relationship management and collaborative working
