    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess all the vehicles to accurately diagnose and repair issue
    • Conduct routine inspections of all vehicles and inform of any issues
    • Ensure all mechanical issues are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner 4. Prepare and provide accurate quotes and work estimates as requested
    • Keep an accurate record of all work performed
    • Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are kept in a safe and usable condition at all times
    • Liaise with supervisors to determine their automotive requirements and communicate vehicle defects or problems promptly
    • Adhere to company work safety policies
    • Keep logs of work and issues

    Requirements and skills

    • At least 5 years of experience in a Fleet Maintenance workshop
    • Excellent skills specification in either body works and/or welding works is a must
    • Knowledge of Land cruiser maintenance will be an added advantage
    • Previous experience in a tour company will be an added advantage
    • Diploma/Certification in Automotive engineering
    • Valid driving license category

    Intern- Reservations Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in managing tasks through the company working/task platform, ensuring timely reservations and follow-ups.
    • Assist to handle all bookings for both domestic and international flights and trains
    • Assist to enter and update all booking information on the company system.
    • Assist to follow up on booking vouchers and auto-release timelines.
    • Assist to ensure clients' special requests, especially for accommodation and room specifications, are accurate and fulfilled.
    • Assist to make provisional bookings for guests across various services
    • Assist to brief tour leaders before safari departures.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • A Diploma or Degree in Tour Administration, Tour Consulting, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or Hospitality.
    • At least 4-6 months experience in the travel industry, particularly in reservations and/ or hotel bookings/reservations.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Great communication skills both oral and written.
    • Knowledge of reservation systems and software

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist to keep track of spare parts inventory, monitor usage, and reorder when necessary Assist to handle the organization, tracking, and control of spare parts, tools, and other inventory specific to the garage
    • Assist to efficiently arrange and store spare parts and equipment
    • Assist to purchase of vehicle spare parts, on a timely basis to ensure smooth operations
    • Assist to maintain proper record keeping using inventory management systems i.e. Google Sheets and QuickBooks
    • Assist to report stock issues to the management
    • Assist in issuing all company stock accurately i.e vehicle spare parts, transport supplements e.t.c

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Procurement and logistics, supply chain management or related studies
    • At least 4-6 months of experience
    • Inventory management skills
    • Experience and knowledge of handling vehicle spare parts is an added advantage Computer and IT knowledge
    • Great analytical skills
    • Great problem-solving skills
    • Should be flexible and reliable
