Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring promptness, freshness and quality dishes
- Implementing hygiene policies
- Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer problems and complaints
- Taking stock of food and equipment supplies
- Designing new recipes and planning menus
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in food production
- 2-3 years of working experience in hospital set up
- Experience in Indian/Chinese/continental cuisine /Swahili dishes
- Experience in the Hot kitchen department
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Available to work on call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
