1.Responsibilities:
-Responsible for regional market development and customer acquisition, achieving sales targets.
-Ability to develop and maintain customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction. Capable of independently tracking customer orders, collecting customer payments, arranging shipments, and visiting customers.
-Analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
-Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely response to customer needs.
2.Requirement:
-Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for marketing or related majors. Individuals with excellent abilities may have their educational qualifications appropriately relaxed.
-More than 3 years of sales experience, with a background in the board, home, building materials, or hardware industries preferred.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong resilience against pressure.
-Proficient in using office software such as Office.
-Can adapt to frequent business trips. (Nairobi region and Kenya outer region)
