Job Responsibilities
Position: Matron and Assistant Teacher
Supervisor: Head Teacher / School Administrator
- Ensure the safety of children inside and outside the school grounds.
- Assist children with hygiene when using the bathroom.
- Feed children and maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including cleaning dishes.
- Clean classrooms, toilets, sleeping areas, and bedding.
- Assist teachers in the classroom to care for children.
- Escort the driver to transport children to and from their homes.
- Take care of the station’s property.
- Maintain records of cleaning and accommodation supplies.
- Participate in religious services and assist as scheduled.
- Be present at the workplace or notify when leaving if it is during work hours.
- Assist and advise on crop planting and livestock farming for the school and services.
- Assist with other station activities as directed by the leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate with a certificate in childcare or community welfare.
- At least one year of experience in childcare and teaching assistance.
- Proficiency in English.
- A loving and respectful individual with strong faith.
