. Bachelor’s degree in any relevant Biological sciences.
. At least 3year’s minimum experience as a Medical representative Line Manager.
. Able to travel outside Nairobi regularly.
. Proven accountability, integrity and work ethics.

1.Lead and manage a team of medical reps.
2.Identify and establish new business.
3.Grow existing brands and business.
4.Conduct relevant market research and understand market conditions
5.Keep and maintain detailed and organized records and submit regular marketing reports.
6.Present and network with prospective doctors on a one basis and in formal settings.
7.Will be accountable for the team’s activities and performance.
