We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Coordinator to manage and optimize Management Information Systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless information flow, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Proficiency in Odoo ERP is a must, as you will oversee its implementation, customization, and daily usage to support business operations.

1. MIS Operations:

  •  Develop, implement, and maintain robust MIS processes and systems to support organizational objectives.
  •  Manage data collection, storage, and reporting frameworks to ensure real-time access to critical business metrics.

2. Odoo ERP Management:

  •  Configure and customize Odoo ERP modules to align with business needs.
  •  Train team members on effective Odoo usage and provide ongoing support for troubleshooting.
  •  Collaborate with departments to integrate Odoo functionalities with business processes.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

4. System Administration:

  •  Ensure system security, data integrity, and backup processes are maintained.
  • Coordinate with IT teams for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

5. Process Improvement:

  •  Identify inefficiencies in current systems and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
  •  Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MIS technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  •  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  •  Experience: 2-5 years of experience in MIS coordination, system management, or a related role.

Technical Skills:

  •  Proficiency in Odoo ERP implementation, customization, and support.
  •  Strong knowledge of database management and SQL.
  •  Expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  •  Familiarity with other ERP tools and BI platforms is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
