It operates globally, with 135 locations in countries such as Zanzibar, Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, and Iringa. SOS Children’s Villages Tanzania seeks qualified candidates for the following positions:
Job type: Full-time
Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (2 Posts)
Duty Station: Mwanza (1 post) and Dodoma (1 post)
Reporting to: Program Manager
Job Summary: Responsible for implementing the M&E strategy and practice, supporting staff capacity-building, and integrating learning into the organization’s work.
Responsibilities:
- Support M&E for assigned projects, ensuring effective data quality and progress tracking.
- Build staff capacity on M&E and contribute to report writing.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and adapt strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Statistics, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in M&E with an NGO.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
