The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while actively contributing to our sales and marketing goals. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handle inbound and outbound calls, manage digital marketing tasks, and provide high-quality customer support.

Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations and supplies
- Handle clerical duties including filing, documentation, and data entry
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate logistics
- Assist in HR tasks like onboarding new hires or maintaining employee records
Telesales
- Make outbound sales calls to potential leads and follow up on warm leads
- Promote products/services and close sales
- Update CRM systems with accurate call logs and client information
- Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Guide customers through products/services and provide solutions
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Digital Marketing
- Manage and create content for social media platforms
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Support SEO, SEM, and paid ad efforts (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Analyze digital marketing performance and report insights
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration, telesales, or digital marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
