About the Role
We are seeking motivated and proactive Marketing & Sales Interns to join our team and help promote and sell gypsum belts (mikanda ya gypsum). This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers and distributors
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow market presence
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in organizing sales campaigns and promotional events
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Prior experience in marketing or sales is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with construction or hardware materials is an added advantage
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
