DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- (i)To carry out lecturers, conduct tutorials, seminars and practicals for undergraduate programmes
- (ii)To prepare and present case studies
- (iii)To conduct and publish/disseminate research results
- (iv)To recognize students having difficulties, intervene and provide help and support
- (v)To participate in consultancies and community services under supervision
- (vi)To attend workshops, conferences and symposia
- and (vii)To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the relevant authorities.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Holder of Master of Science in Urban Planning and Management, Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning, Master of Science in Geographical Information Systems, InfrastructurenDevelopmentnand Management, Housing Infrastructure and Management, Geographical Information System (GIS), Disaster Risk and Management, Transport Planning, Urban Design with GPA of 4.0 out of 5 and Bachelor Degree of Urban and Regional Planning, Bachelor of Science in Regional Development Planning, Bachelor of Science in Housing and Infrastructure Planning with a minimum GPA of 3.8 out of 5 with minimum of B+ in the dissertation. Unclassified Master’s degree by thesis/research only shall be considered if the applicant has a pass grade and published at least two (2) papers in reputable peer reviewed journals in a relevant field .
