DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist navigation and watch keeping duties in all conditions
- To repair and fabricate all fishing gears
- To prepare monthly inspections of all safety equipment on board and ashore
- To carry out minor vessel repairs
- To upkeep and maintains cleanliness on deck
- To check and repair mooring lines.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Holder of Form IV and Certificate in one of the following fields: Master-fisherman Nautical Science (NTA Level 4) with Mandatory Safety Certificate or Small Vessel Operators Safety Certificate or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions
