Job Responsibilities

1. Customer development and maintenance

  • Expand customer resources and promote residential, commercial real estate, land and other projects.
  • Explore potential customers and establish long-term relationships through online and offline channels such as exhibitions, social media, local partners, etc.
  • Provide professional real estate solutions tailored to customer needs, including investment analysis, legal policy interpretation, rental income evaluation, etc.

2. Market analysis and project promotion

  • Conduct research on the dynamics of the Kenyan real estate market, such as policy changes, price trends, and popular regions.
  • Assist developers or property owners in developing localized marketing strategies.
  • Organize project roadshows, open days, and other activities to increase project exposure.

3. Full process management of transactions

  • Lead clients to conduct on-site property inspections and coordinate third-party services such as translation and legal representation.
  • Assist clients in completing processes such as signing contracts, making payments, and transferring property rights to ensure compliance (familiarity with local land laws, foreign investment restrictions, etc.).
  • Handle after-sales issues (such as property management and leasing management) to enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Cross cultural communication and coordination

  • Addressing language and cultural differences (such as communication needs in English/French/Portuguese/Swahili, etc.).
  • Establish a cooperative network with local governments, intermediary agencies, and financial institutions to optimize service processes.

5. Achievement of performance targets

  • Complete individual/team sales targets, regularly submit customer follow-up reports and market feedback.

6. Marketing and promotion

  • Developing and implementing market strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers

7. Planning property showings for buyers

  • Meeting and following up with potential buyers and sellers; Responding to incoming emails and calls;

8. Attend to daily real estate enquiries

  • Establish / develop and maintain client database including regular contact with all clients ·

Knowledge and Skills

Educational background:

  • Marketing, real estate management, international trade and other related majors are preferred.

Experience requirements:

  • More than 3 years of real estate sales experience, with priority given to those with cross-border real estate sales experience.
  • Familiar with the real estate market in Kenya.

Skill requirements:

  • Proficient in the local mainstream language and English (or Chinese, depending on the customer base).
  • Strong negotiation skills, stress resistance, and cross-cultural adaptability.
  • Familiarity with property management practices, including leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance, can be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of financial concepts, including investment returns, cash flow, and loan types, is essential for advising clients on financial aspects of real estate .
  • Understanding different valuation methods and being able to assess property worth.
  • Understanding local, state, and federal laws related to property ownership, transactions, and regulations is crucial
