Key Responsibilities:
Product Development:
- Identify potential buildings and commercial properties to expand portfolio.
- Conduct market analysis and property assessments.
- Develop strategies and tailored service offerings for clients.
Business Development & Networking:
- Network with property owners, developers, and stakeholders.
- Present proposals and negotiate management agreements.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with Head of Commercial and Facilities Management teams.
- Maintain records and regularly report on portfolio growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the initial contact for potential clients.
- Ensure professional communication and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Development, or similar roles.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical and capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency with CRM and property management software (preferred).
