We’re looking to hire FOR:
Rearing Manager – 1 Position (Siha, Kilimanjaro)
Reports to: Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting rearing targets and required specifications as per SOPs and KPIs.
- Oversees vaccination and selection activities in the Rearing sites.
- the management and maintenance of all rearing assets, equipment and stock.
- Responsible for motivating, enforcing team compliance with all relevant company SOPs and policies, statutory regulations and expected company behaviours at all times.
- Ensures team complies with company QA, SHE, GHPs (Good Hygiene Practice), GMPs (Good
- Management Practice) and all other company SOPs & deadlines.
Key Qualifications:
- BSc /Animal Science/ Animal Health/ Animal Production related
- Minimum 3 years in Animal health in a rearing environment
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to train team
