We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Vodacom Tanzania, a leading telecommunications provider, for a qualified and professional Receptionist Executive to join their headquarters team in Dar es Salaam.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors warmly in person or over the phone.
  • Direct guests by maintaining an accurate employee/department directory.
  • Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintain the visitor logbook via SRM system and issue visitor badges.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed at the front desk.
  • Kept the reception area tidy, safe, and presentable.
  • Answer and forward calls using the office phone system.
  • Provide clear and accurate company information to visitors and callers.
  • Offer first-level customer support for visitors with service inquiries.
