Hakki Africa Limited is a fast-growing Car financing Company dedicated to helping individuals own vehicles through flexible and accessible financing solutions. We are seeking highly motivated and versatile Individuals to join our Customer Relations and Customer Success teams.

  • Minimum Qualification :Diploma

1. Customer Relations

In this role, your focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while also driving sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients in submitting and processing loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Record customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Assist in resolving complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Be able to support day-to-day administrative operations including running the front office. 

2.Customer Success

We are seeking highly dynamic and diverse Individuals to join our Customer Success team. This position requires someone with a broad skill set, as you will be handling various customer-facing roles. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Clients' financial statements and credit history to assess their credit risk and recommend credit limits.
  • Assist in managing overdue accounts by proactively reaching out to clients with outstanding payments, offering payment plans or solutions where appropriate.
  • Assist clients with their insurance inquiries, guiding them through policy options, coverage details, and claims processes.
  • Collaborate with the broader customer success team to develop effective strategies for improving loan recovery rates.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least a Diploma graduate In Business Management /Administration /Communications and Public Relations/Marketing or equivalent (Carry your academic certificates to the interview). 
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy- Microsoft office tools, Apps and technology/Google services/Typing speed 20 WPM

We offer a starting renumeration package of 30,000Kes- 35,000Kes depending on your job skills and interview result. 

Computer skill test in the interview: 

We will ask the interview candidate to perform some basic practical tasks on google services. Candidates are expected to complete all the tasks within the given time.
