We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in real estate sales, a strong network, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role involves managing a team of sales agents, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  •  Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
  •  Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  •  Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  •  Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  •  Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  •  Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  •  Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate sales.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  •  Strong leadership and team management skills.
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  •  Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  •  Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated.
