Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Social media content management an added advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Description
The Sales Officer is expected to:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors’ activities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Responsible for social medial content management.
