    About the Role:

    • As our Senior Sales Manager, you will leverage your existing client network to jumpstart our growth, acquire new clients, and ensure outstanding service delivery. Working alongside our accountant, who manages daily operations, you will focus on expanding our market presence and rebuilding our reputation for excellence. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive leader to make an immediate impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional care and service.
    • Lead by example, fostering a culture of motivation, accountability and excellence within the sales team.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to position Sunrosa Flowers as a market leader.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or similar role in the floral industry.
    • A self-starter with a strong track record of independently driving sales growth and securing new clients.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to quality.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and adapt to market demands.
    • Highly motivated, resilient and passionate about the floral industry.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
