    Site Operations Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Be the face of the company on-site, managing relationships with clients, partners & teams.
    • Analyze performance data to improve efficiency and service quality.
    • Support team leads with resource planning & performance management.
    • Promote a positive culture while handling feedback & employee relations.
    • Collaborate with HR, IT, Admin & Procurement to keep operations seamless.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong leadership and people skills.
    • Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Customer-first mindset and business savvy.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic data tools.
    • Bachelor's Degree (required); specializations in operations or process improvement are a plus.
    • Minimum 3 years general experience; 2 years in operations or similar roles with team and KPI management.
