Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the company on-site, managing relationships with clients, partners & teams.
- Analyze performance data to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Support team leads with resource planning & performance management.
- Promote a positive culture while handling feedback & employee relations.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Admin & Procurement to keep operations seamless.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Customer-first mindset and business savvy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic data tools.
- Bachelor's Degree (required); specializations in operations or process improvement are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years general experience; 2 years in operations or similar roles with team and KPI management.
