Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, tailored to our target audience and brand voice.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and engage with our audience in a timely and professional manner to foster positive relationships and enhance brand reputation.
  • Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, including scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Social Listening: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, relevant news, and conversations happening on social media, and leverage insights to inform content strategy and identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) using social media analytics tools used by the Company, native platform insights, and compile regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our social media efforts.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with active profiles on major platforms preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
