You will be responsible for creating shareable text and video content, managing posts and responding to our followers to help achieve our marketing goals, promote our services to customers and identifying potential customers.

- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement
- Planning and updating social media social calender.
- Track and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, interactions, and trends
- Plan social media campaigns to launch new products or services.
- Community engagement.
- Find new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Help customers understand our services.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field
- Familiarity with online marketing channels
- Up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends with a command of each network and their best practices
- Creative thinker
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
- Show case of previous projects and experiences
