Requirements
The candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support, software helpdesk, or pre-sales consulting (or 3+ years' experience in lieu of a degree).
- Strong knowledge of software licensing, helpdesk ticketing systems, and first-level IT support.
- Ability to work with Fiscal devices and ERP/Business Software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to resolve technical issues and support pre-sales activities.
