Software Helpdesk Admin and Pre-Sales Consultant

Requirements

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support, software helpdesk, or pre-sales consulting (or 3+ years' experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Strong knowledge of software licensing, helpdesk ticketing systems, and first-level IT support.
  • Ability to work with Fiscal devices and ERP/Business Software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to resolve technical issues and support pre-sales activities.
