Job Description and Qualifications:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Report project progress to superiors
    • Develop work schedules for workers
    • Supervise all construction workers
    • Be the liaison between workers and supervisors
    • Resolve disputes between workers
    • Ensure project staffing is adequate
    • Assign tasks and ensure projects stay within budget
  • Qualifications:
    • Degree in Civil or Irrigation Engineering
    • Ability to organize schedules and manage disputes
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
