1. Engineer Grade II (Telecommunication): 8 PositionsDuties and Responsibilities: Conduct technical operations, installation, and maintenance of radio and TV equipment. Prepare cost estimates and technical reports for electronic and telecommunication projects. Perform preventive maintenance and site inspections. Assist in developing and modifying technical tasks.
Qualifications:- A Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
- Must be registered with a professional board as a graduate engineer.
Salary Scale: TBCSS-5.
2. ICT Officer Grade II (Standards and Compliance)—1 PositionDuties and Responsibilities: Plan and implement ICT standards and guidelines. Monitor compliance with national and international ICT standards. Evaluate global trends in ICT standards and practices. Design and implement business intelligence (BI) solutions and data analysis tools.
Qualifications:- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CCNA are an added advantage.
Salary Scale: TBCSS-5.
3. ICT Officer Grade II (Application Administrator)—1 PositionDuties and Responsibilities: Specialize in technical administration and maintenance of broadcasting applications. Install, upgrade, and maintain application systems. Ensure the connectivity of TBC applications with external systems and manage disaster recovery replication.
Qualifications:- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Knowledge of AVRA Radio Broadcasting, SI Media TV Broadcasting, or DaVinci Studio is an advantage.
Salary Scale: TBCSS-5.
4. ICT Officer Grade II (Database Administrator)—1 PositionDuties and Responsibilities: Design and maintain database structures and perform optimization and tuning. Manage security aspects and ensure high availability of systems and services. Install, upgrade, and maintain database software and systems.
Qualifications:- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Engineering.
- Knowledge of security fundamentals and experience with server infrastructure is preferred.
Salary Scale: TBCSS-5.
5. ICT Officer Grade II (Network Administrator)—1 PositionDuties and Responsibilities: Design network systems, conduct research on networking technologies, and manage network security. Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment and troubleshoot network issues.

Qualifications:- A Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Skills in word processing, photography, and video editing are advantageous.

7. Editor Grade II: 8 PositionsDuties and Responsibilities: Edit TV productions, ensuring they meet professional standards. Assemble video tapes, log footage, and perform sound editing. Operate linear and non-linear editing equipment for TV production.
Qualifications:- A Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts, Journalism, or Mass Communication.
Salary Scale: TBCSS-4.
