1. Accountant (1 Vacancy – Morogoro)Nature and Scope:
This role involves maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial reports, managing transactions, assisting with financial budgeting, and ensuring the safekeeping of financial resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle petty cash, bank transactions, and asset registers
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations
- Assist in payroll processing and reporting
- Prepare management and BOD reports
- Provide support during audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
