We’re Hiring:
- Nursery Teacher (1 position)
- Primary Teachers (2 positions)
Requirements:
- A Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant subject (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage).
- Teaching experience in early years or primary education.
- A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow academically and socially.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Applicants must already be residing in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that spark curiosity and a love of learning.
- Build a positive and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued.
- Track and support each student’s progress, keeping parents and school leadership updated.
- Use technology effectively to enhance learning (where relevant).
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and improve teaching strategies.
