Good Neighbors Tanzania (GNTZ) invites tenders from qualified suppliers for the provision of agricultural inputs to 13 primary schools on Kome Island, Buchosa District. This initiative is part of the “Promoting Optimal Growth and Development in School-Age Children Through Building a Healthy Environment” project under the support of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). The project aims to improve agricultural productivity in schools to support feeding programs, promote agricultural education, and enhance students’ nutrition.

Scope of Work: Suppliers will deliver certified agricultural inputs such as fertilizers, seeds, and pesticides to the schools. These inputs must meet local and international standards, tailored for maize, beans, and vegetable farming, and contribute to high yields with minimal environmental impact.
Eligibility and Tendering Process: The tender is open to firms with relevant experience. Detailed requirements include business licenses, tax clearance certificates, and proof of previous contracts with government or international organizations. Suppliers must submit tenders by January 8, 2025, and meet all specified conditions for eligibility and compliance.
