Role Overview: Plant Operator -6 Position (Full-Time, On-Site)The role of Plant Operator at TOL Gases PLC is a vital position focused on maintaining the safety, functionality, and efficiency of TOL’s industrial gas plants. Plant Operators are essential in ensuring that operations run smoothly and in alignment with international quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSafe Operation of the Plant: Maintain plant safety by following established procedures, industry regulations, and company policies. Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Conduct first-line diagnosis of issues or malfunctions to quickly identify problems that may impact production.
Maintenance Support: Perform necessary maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors to keep the plant running efficiently. Adherence to Cleaning Schedules: Follow strict cleaning routines to meet ISO standards, ensuring hygiene and compliance in the workplace.
Team Communication: Maintain clear, effective communication with team members and supervisors to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
RequirementsCandidates interested in the Plant Operator role should meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: A diploma in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or Chemical and Processing Engineering.
- Professional Experience: Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of engineering science, mathematics, and technology. Ability to use, repair, and maintain machinery and tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills, with an emphasis on thoroughness in following procedures and completing tasks.
