- Our client, an international non-governmental organization seeks to bring on board Intune Expert Partner who will be responsible for overseeing the clients Microsoft Intune environment. The role will report to the Head of User Technology Solutions, playing a critical role in ensuring the security, compliance, and efficient management of our devices and applications. The role will manage the day-to-day running and maintenance of Intune for the client, acting as the client’s in-house expert.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Device management: Support TSAs to enroll and manage a diverse range of devices onto MS Intune, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Act as an in-house expert, providing support to stakeholders across the client’s business as required.
- Device compliance and configuration policies: Configure device settings and policies to enforce security standards and user experience guidelines.
- Intune updates: Oversee device app management, staying current with the latest Intune features and capabilities and executing upgrades where required.
- Policy implementation and monitoring: Implement security policies and configurations to protect devices and data, in line with the client’s policies and risk profile, Implement device compliance policies to assess device health and security posture.
- Reporting: Support the Technology Transformation Execution and Governance team to report on key Intune-related metrics, including application usage and performance and Intune service health and performance.
- Intune administration: Manage Intune roles and permissions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams, including Cybersecurity and the wider Digital and Technology team to ensure seamless integration and support.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Technology role, with at least one year as an Intune administrator or related role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune and its core functionalities.
- Experience managing device and application deployments.
- Knowledge of security best practices and threat landscape.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the Foundation.

Our client, an international non-governmental organization seeks to bring on board Partner, Financial Planning & Analysis who will be responsible for elements of the financial planning and analysis processes for the People & Culture, Public Affairs & Communications, Data and Digital Information functions including budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. Business partnering with other teams to support financial decision-making is an important part of the role.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Financial Planning
- Supports the Lead, FP&A on certain components of financial planning and analysis processes for the People & Culture, Public Affairs & Communications, Data and Digital Information and other functions, as required, annual budgeting for operating expenses and capital investments, in collaboration with senior leaders in those functional areas.
- Monitors progress against the annual budget and manages the quarterly forecasting process for those components during the year.
- Assists in the consolidation process for the annual budget and quarterly forecast figures.
- Identifies financial risks and opportunities and recommends solutions.
- Provides data to support the Foundation’s multi-year financial planning.
Reporting and Analysis
- Analyzes year-to-date results and supports the Lead, FP&A to prepare management reports including variance analysis for senior management and staff responsible for certain functions.
- Monitors spending on key initiatives and ensures appropriate accounting treatment is applied.
- Prepares external and internal ad hoc financial analysis for financial planning and analysis processes for the People & Culture, Public Affairs & Communications, Data and Digital Information, and other functions, as required.
Business Partnering
- Supports procurement by managing and drafting contracts for the financial planning and analysis processes for the People & Culture, Public Affairs & Communications, Data and Digital Information functions (in collaboration with Legal and the function’s business partners), including ensuring commitments are within budget, payment terms are based on appropriate milestones, and contract terms are met before payments are made and develop policies and procedures and provides training as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with professional designation
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance, accounting or a related field
- Experience in roles within large not-for-profit, NGO or other global organizations.
- Experience within financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and a demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with internal business partners.
- Financial and management reporting including forecasting, budgeting and the related IT systems.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to apply appropriate accounting treatments.
- Understanding of CRA regulatory environment for not-for-profit organizations is an asset.
- Experience with financial modelling.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to identify, simplify and build/improve/implement processes.
- Ability to challenge and provide feedback in a constructive manner with the goal of improving efficiency and operational excellence.
